Wall Street Personnel is recruiting an Analyst, Corporate Credit to support investment decision-making within high-yield bonds and leveraged loans for a global developed credit platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform detailed fundamental credit analysis across assigned industries
• Identify attractive primary and secondary investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models and credit memos
• Conduct diligence calls with management teams, sell-side analysts, and industry experts
• Assess risk/return across total return, high-income, and CLO strategies
• Present investment recommendations to the Credit Committee
• Monitor portfolio holdings and communicate credit updates to investment teams
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA and/or CFA preferred
• 3+ years of experience analyzing high-yield bonds and/or leveraged loans
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative investment environment

💼 FIXED INCOME TRADER (INVESTMENT GRADE CORPORATE BONDS)

Wall Street Personnel is partnering with a top-tier asset manager to hire a Fixed Income Trader focused on investment grade corporate bonds across mutual funds, ETFs, UCITs, and separately managed accounts. We also have another trader role that is more jr for a buy side shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Trading & Execution
• Ensure best execution, trade routing, and fair allocation
• Allocate and ticket all trades in compliance with portfolio guidelines
• Maintain accurate trading records (blotter and best execution)
• Resolve trade and settlement issues in coordination with operations teams
Portfolio Manager Collaboration
• Track and manage cash positions across portfolios
• Deliver timely market intelligence and trading insights
• Generate and execute trade ideas
• Monitor restricted trading lists
Credit Analyst Collaboration
• Manage primary issuance calendars
• Provide recommendations related to corporate actions
• Monitor market news, trends, and price movements
External Relationships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker-dealers, sales, and syndicate desks
• Enhance market access, liquidity, and execution quality
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of investment grade bond trading experience , preferably on the sell side
• Proficiency with Bloomberg
• Credit training a plus
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset
